    Post CDE, MDX and SQL with user visibility

    I'm using Pentaho CDE and many users.
    mdx with extracting data follows the profiling set.
    with sql extracts all the data and are not those of user visibility.
    What can I enter as a condition where will respect for profiling? (Where ${ })

    how can I insert the condition: (Where $ {<user login in>}).
    Which variable cde registered user login in?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

    I didn't test it myself, but I think you can create a Simple Parameter say pUserID and then create a function in your chart/table/query/.. component with something like this: function userID() {pUserID =Dashboards.context.user; } Then in your MDX (or SQL) query you can use it like: WHERE {[SOME MDX].[${pUserID}]}

    With Dashboards.context.roles you can fetch all the roles assigned to that user.

    Thank you,
    it's OK.
    Dashboards.context.user and Dashboards.context.roles
