Sorry, I got the last Ctool 14.03.07 in a pentaho CE 5, but I don't see the possibility to set the BootStrap in the dashboard setting, only "blueprint" or "mobile".

You must install the latest trunk version.
In the marketplace, click to open "Community Dashboard Editor" (click over the app name, don't click the install /uninstall button) and go to version button (down-left) and choose Trunk-snapshot.
