Default Running Pentaho Data Integration over ARMv6 platform

    Hello guys,

Im trying to run the Pentaho Data Integration using spoon.sh file over my Raspberry Pi (raspberry.org) hardware but Im receiving the following error:

    root@rpitc-:~/pdi/data-integration# sh spoon.sh
    /root/pdi/data-integration
I'm sorry, this Linux platform [armv6l] is not yet supported!

My question is how to execute Pentaho Data Integration (spoon.sh) over my Raspberry Pi?

In fact I need just pan.sh, kitchen.sh and carte.sh to run my project!

Thank you so much for any reply
    Doug

Have you tried running pan or kitchen?
Spoon does the architecture check, but I don't see it in pan.sh, kitchen.sh, nor carte.sh

For some reason Raspery PI always gets overlooked. Damn pretentious big-server guys

Compile a binary of the SWT library for your particular ARM linux to add support for your hardware/linux combination. Just follow the docs, and hopefully there is nothing special needed: http://www.eclipse.org/swt/faq.php#howbuildjar

Then add that to your spoon installation and there are good chances that it "just works(tm)".

So are you running Carte on the Pi, and then using Pan / Spoon to send things to it as a work-engine?
Pi is a great little box, but I don't know what it has for graphics, so I would be concerned that Spoon might be too heavy for running on it.
