Pentaho Plugin custom content genration

Hello Community,

Currently I just developing custom BI server plugin. For that, i was added custom content type called ".pin". For that i had configure plugin.xml (Find in attachment).

Now I want to set pin file type icon which i set in plugin.xml file.

Community please help me to solve this issue.

which pentaho version are you using ? I'm sure that doesn't work in 5.0 and I'm almost sure it was not fixed for 5.2.

I am using pentaho 5.0.1. Steble.

Is there alternate way to achieve this ?

First I advise you to update to 5.2.0 (available at community.pentaho.com), since that's the latest release.

But there's no alternative way. The issue is still open: http://jira.pentaho.com/browse/BISERVER-10308 and remains unsolved. I advise you to vote for it so that it gains visibility.

I will soon migrate to pentaho 5.2.0.
