Default CDE/Bootstrap - last row vanishes if under 993 horizontal space...

So, I'm building a new dashboard and decided to try out bootstrap. Simple one, has 3 rows, and the middle one has 3 columns:

but if the window size goes under 992, the last row "vanishes", going behind the rest...

any tips on how to deal with this?

Thanks Sumit, but I already discarded that one and moved on to another approach... can't really remember what happened, but now there's a new weird thing going on:
When I reduce window, div 4 (the last on the middle row) goes down, and shares the row with div 5 (the last row).
    From this:

    To this:

Dashboard file attached. The idea here was to make a border on the middle "button" to show that it's separated from it's neighrboors, but when going to lower-sized windows, these two things bother me: the way the 3rd blue div shares a row with the orange div (which should still have it's own row), and the fact that the middle blue div's border, on lower-sized windows make it be disaligned with the rest...

    Tips?
