So, what would you do if you have some rows that meet the success requirements, and some that meet the fail requirements?

If you are not running a query, but a running a Stored Procedure instead, and are looking at the outcome (number of rows updated, etc) to determine what to do next, I would actually use a Job entry for it, rather than trying to use a transformation.

    In a short version:
Transformations deal with individual data rows.
Jobs deal with the stages of work.
