Question Ignore or delete a row when a field is certain value

    Hi again!

I keep working on my excel files (joining several files into one, taking in account only certain rows and columns from the original files), and now I need to ignore a row when a certain field in that row has a certain value.

I've looked into Select Values, Filter Rows, but couldn't find a way to do precisely that.

Is there a way to do it in one step, or shall I look into performing several steps?

    Thanks,

What's wrong with Filter Rows? I use it all the time!
Have a look at the example in your PDI directory.
There's a folder called samples which contains many examples, look in transformations and you should find one for Filter Rows
