    Hello,
    I would like to know the operation of the KernelFilter in weka ? What can be done with the use of the tool ?

    It is a transformation filter that applies a kernel function to each pair of instances in the input dataset. The new columns/features in the transformed data hold the kernel evaluation between a pair of instances - instance at row # and instance at column #. Thus, the data is a matrix. You can combine the KernelFilter with a base classifier in the FilteredClassifier in order to learn a model on the training data that has been transformed into the kernel space - allowing the kernel trick can be applied with any classifier.
