Default Conversion error html to date?

Hello, I have manually been running a script to load some data into our data warehouse. Today, the script failed with error:

Date String : couldn't convert string [<html>] to a date using format [yyyy-MM-dd] on offset location 0
    Unparseable date: "<html>"

There have been no changes made and I'm not sure where this error is coming from. (I am fairly new to pentaho and how it all works)

Can someone shed some light on the fix for this and why its happening, thanks!

Add a Text-File-Output just before the failing step and you'll find out that (1) there's unexpected content in that String field you are trying to convert to a Date and (2) you simply where lucky until now.
So long, and thanks for all the fish.
