Default Take action on error of Transformation Executor

I have a simple transform set up that gets rows from a table and then uses those results to pass to a transformation executor to do a simple ETL process for around 150 tables (Table Input -> Table Output, very simple). Sometimes this will error out, because the schema changed, etc. This is expected.

What I can't seem to figure out is how to log the failures to a table. The Transformation Executor has no "Error Row" output. I can output the execution results, but then I have no idea which table actually error'd out.

Any thoughts? Happy to provide more info if my question is unclear.

How about if you check if the table exist before invoking the transformation executor?
