    Question ./spoon.sh: line 211: /usr/java/jre1.7.0_79//bin//usr/java/jre1.7.0_79/: not found

First at all, sorry to start a Dummies Section in this forum.

I'm trying satrt the "spoon.sh" (in a linux machine) but doesn't work out. The massage from pronpt is:

./spoon.sh: line 211: /usr/java/jre1.7.0_79//bin//usr/java/jre1.7.0_79/: file or directory not found

It´s happens when I try start "spoon.sh" after run the "start-pentaho.sh" or before.

I´m very sure that I have JRE 7 installed in this linux.

Someone passed thru the same problem? What I could do to solve this problem?

    All my best!
    Pedro

    Hi.
Have you followed steps in this page:
    http://wiki.pentaho.com/display/EAI/...talling+Kettle

You should check your path to Java, it could be a different version than 1.7.0_79 and therefore have a different path.
