    Default BVDecompose in weka

    I need help using the BVDecompose class in weka, i'm using Naive Bayes as the base classifier and 10 folds cross validation, i need to know how the Bias&Variance change when we change the number of folds. what I've did so far is :
    Code:
    BVDecompose bv = new BVDecompose();
    bv.setDataFileName(dataFileName);
    		bv.setClassIndex(FinalData.classIndex());
    		bv.setClassifier(m1);
            bv.decompose();
    however it gives me Zero Bias and Zero Variance.

    Default

    The output is printed to 4 decimal places - either the bias and variance are very small or NaiveBayes achieves 100% correct predictions all the time on your data.

    Cheers,
    Mark.
