    Default Transformation Multiple Step Failure

I am having a nagging problem with PDI transformations whem I connect more than 2 steps together. I get the following error when I connect a third step in a transformation.

This only occurs when I use PDI on a Windows 10 workstation.

I do not have this problem when I construct a job, only a transformation.

I sure will appreciate any insight how to correct this issue as it really getting on my nerves.

    Thank you

I have a similiar issue, I think, but only for steps which allow you to choose an output type (i.e. error handling, main output, output if TRUE/FALSE, etc). This came up once I "upgraded" to Windows 10 as well.

here's how I get around it, to create a hop from A to B:

    1 - shift click step A
2 - shift click step B to drag a hop. Kettle will prompt you for the output type
3 - ignore the prompt, release shift and click step B again. Another prompt will come up.
4 - choose the output type.

    hope that solves it, cheers
