Is it perhaps a memory issue? Wat is happening when you refresh your chache (Mondrian Schema Cache, Reporting Data Cache and CDA cache)

I'm sorry I did not reply to you for such a long time. I do as you say, but still very slow

I have the same problem on bi server 6.1 and 7.0.

If you browse files, it's also very slow.

Do you know any file configuration to improve it ?

Look in the Pentaho help documentation
    https://help.pentaho.com/Documentation/6.1/0P0/100

How many folders are there in your directory?
What version of the biserver are you using?

Less than 3 dashboard and 10 report.

The problem is the same on 6.1 and 7.0.

It's slow when you browse file or when you log in.

    I uncomment on pentaho-solutions/system/pentaho.xml file the value : <filebased-solution-cache>true</filebased-solution-cache>
But it seems that it doesn't improve ...
