    Post Sales-force Connection Time out

    Hello,
    I need a help to solve salesforce connection time out issue.
    Is there any way in pentaho to update connection time in sales force
    i already increase time out option in salesforce upsert component .
    and i also tried ti increase time out in sales force
    so is there any solution in pentaho to solve this issue????????????

    Hi pooja,

    You don't provide much detail on your issue, but it sounds like the query you are trying to run is taking too long to get results from the API. You can try looping through dates based on created_date for records in the table.

    Not sure on your data volume, but you could try 6,3 or 1 month chunks. You can also experiment within the Salesforce input component to see what works for you.
