Hello everyone,
I'm a new one (member) and I'd like someone to help me if he knows about Quantitative association rules and quantifiable Continuous Features in Datasets(WEKA). I'm student and I'm working my thesis. I have a dataset like below and i just want to use it in Weka so as to have results like as: When there are many uneducated in Alabama there are also many Robberies, or When there are many Unemployed in ALASKA there are also many Burglaries.
I tryed to binary dataset or with discretion but the results had no use. Is there any way (what are the steps) or i sould have a nominal dataset?
