Default Converting CSV into ARFF format

We want to use text data for NLP. I am having difficulty in running StringtoWordVector on my data. I believe this is because my text field is being imported as 'Nominal' instead of 'String'.

I converted the CSV into ARFF through Weka ARFF viewer in the hope that I will be able to convert the attribute type of the text column into 'string'. But I do not get the option there.

I am not familiar with Java to create the ARFF file with right attribute types. Any suggestions on working around this problem?

    Many thanks

Cant you just use Weka Explorer and under Preprocess-choose attribute- unsupervised-attribute- "NominaltoString" function?
