    Default Could not connect to HTTP server on ''local host''

    Pentaho version -- prd-ce-3.9.0-GA (database connection MySQL)
    I am getting the error
    Could notconnectto HTTP server on''local host''I tried with
    http://localhost:8080/pentaho .....and ......http://127.0.0.1:8080/pentaho
    (my local machine IP) but I failed ,I am getting the error continuously.
    I tried many things, I am not login to any server.I am read to give anydesk/teamviewer aslo

    Pentaho version -- prd-ce-3.9.0-GA (database connection MySQL)

    I am getting the error while Publishing the report through,,file>>publish


    error ----- Could not connect to HTTP server on ''local host''
    I tried with htttps//127.0.0.1:8080/pentaho and htttps//192.7.*.*:8080/pentaho(my local machine IP) but I failed ,I am getting the error continuously.


    I tried many things, I am not login to any server.

    - Is your bi server running? Can you go to https://127.0.0.1:8080 in your browser?
    - Don't use https when not configured

    No sir, here in my office I am only using my local network, I am able to generate the reports and connect it to the MySQL on Pentaho,,but when I go to file>>publish >>then i do ok then this error is coming,please help...i don't know about the BI server,,we don't have such things.......................PLEASE HELP,,IF you need i can give you my conectns Anydesk/Teamviewer.. when click on this "https://127.0.0.1:8080" i am unabl to open in browser also,please see the image below

    Then that is your problem, you don't have a BI Server to publish . That is what the publish action does, takes your report designed locally and publish it in the BI Server so other people can connect to the url of your BI Server and execute the report. Find your BI Server and put the credentials you use when you connect with an url.

    how to do for that BI server...I am new to the organization and there is system admin team here...working as a SQL developer .....can you please mention the step to do these all...I have to install Pentaho BI...please help
