Jobs and transformations are not individual processes. So you can't get a PID for them.

Jobs and transformations are executed as followed:
    -spoon (both jobs & transformations)
    -kitchen (starts with job)
    -pan (starts with transformation)

So whatever jobs and/or transformations you have chained together, they will be executed by a single process (kitchen/spoon/pan).

If you want to stop jobs and transformations, you need to kill the process that is running the jobs and transformations. Remember, jobs and transformations are xml files, not executables! Which program did you start to run the xml files?

I found a superb way of creating pid file inside a transformation a while back, the pid was for whatever program used to run the transformation (kitchen/pan/spoon). But probably not what asked for right here.

Nevermind, I did it for you:

On this page, you will find some of the best documentation and guides for Spoon, specially recommend UDJC. Also this article about pid could solve your problem.
