PRD Wizard Report Document?

In PRD, if I click File-> Report Design Wizard there is a "Report Document" radio button. Does anyone know what that is for? Is it for importing an existing prpt file? Or can PRD work with reports produced by some other tool like Excel?

this report document just import you existing prpt file
