Can not use scheduled report on BI server (ver. pentaho-server-ce-7.1.0.0-12)

Hi, all.

I can not use scheduled report on BI Server.

I have some reports which is published from PRD on my BI Server. These reports are working good.

1. select one report of them in "Browse Files" of PUC
2. click on the "Schedule" from "File Actions"

At that time, PUC shows a message "You do not have permission to schedule this file. ..."

I have logged in as "admin" user, and have all privirages.

Why am I not permitted ?

But, when I falled buck the BI Server to older version (from pentaho-server-ce-7.1.0.0-12 to pentaho-server-ce-7.0.0.0-25) , it works good. I can make the scheduled reports.

Is it a bug of ver. 7.1.0.0-12 ?
