Default Evaluate there are rows in a stream

How do I evaluate there are rows in a stream so I can then create logic to proceed with the workflow if rows are found, or abort and log an error?

Thanks, its not always files in the stream. It may be a list of ID's or customer names.

Ugly hack (and I don't understand the use-case for why you would need to do this...)

Output Step Metrics -> Filter Rows (Rows Read = 0) -> Abort

You can always assume rows are present.
If there are no rows, the steps will silently close as "Work requested has been completed" (You didn't ask for any work to be done, so step did none)

Evaluate rows in stream? pick first row, let that fire a signal? Copy all rows, send to result. I've done this many times, real useful.
