Default Using data services to find a particular row

    Hi,

I have an error in Pentaho DI when inserting rows in a target DB table.
It's an error of data types in a particular row (for example: rowid 1230).
Now I want to locate that row (rowid=1230) in the Pentaho stream.

    How can I do it?

I usuallt work with "data services" in a step to look for rows, but using where clauses with conditions in fields, but I would like
to know if It's possible to loo for a particular rowid.

    Thanks

Have you tried using error handling on that step to see if that will tell you what's going wrong?

Ok, is a good solution, I will try, you mean to redirect error to other step, isn't it??

    Thanks

Yes, instead of crashing your Transform, it will allow you to redirect "bad" rows to a text file for review.
