Always run Kitchen.bat from the PDI directory.

This was supposed to be fixed at one point, but the easiest solution has always been to put a "cd C:\pdi-ce-7.1.0.0-12\data-integration" before the call to Kitchen in a batch file. This seems to always work.

I put the default directory in the windows scheduled task and it worked.
