    I click OK and then:

It seems like you have report bookmarked in your favourites and you are accessing from there, but the report has been moved to another folder or has been deleted.

It's in the same location, nothing has been modify. We haven't modify anything even version for long time.
    The version is 4.1.0 stable.
Is it possible that the browser can support reports for an old version?

The message Resource not found it's stating that the object Informe Detalle Incidencias SERPA SALUD.prpt isn't where you are trying to access it, it is supposed to be in a folder in the repository with this path: SERPA SALUD/%252FInformes/, which is a strange path in Pentaho BI, normally objects are under paths like: /home/user/subfolders/report.prpt or something like /public/subfolders/report.prpt, where subfolders could be the SERPA SALUD/%252FInformes/ path, that is why I'm asking if you have the report bookmarked to access it directly.
Are you opening the report using the Browse menu to navigate through the BI repository? Is there more information in catalina.out log?

He is working with version 4.1. In those older versions the directery structure was different. You can try to refresh the "System Settings". Also on the computer where Pentaho is running in the Pentaho folder there should be a file
    /biserver-ce/pentaho-solutions/SERPA SALUD/%252FInformes/Informe Detalle Incidencias SERPA SALUD.prpt
