JFreeReport is still (and will continue to be) licensed under the terms of the LGPL. We do not change that. All code created by the JFreeReport project uses this license. It is safe to integrate JFreeReport in commercial applications.

The Pentaho-Plattform and design tools are distributed under the terms of the Mozilla Public License - so it is equally safe to use them in your projects without having to worry about 'infecting' your code with one of our licenses.

(Btw: I know, the reporting.pentaho.org website sucks - we'll clean it out 'til the end of the week, so that at least the basic information provided there are valid, complete and up-to-date.)

    Have fun,
