    Hi,

you have to call 'JFreeReportBoot.getInstance().start()' to initalize the JFreeReport system. This 'booting' initializes all subsystems and registers all available modules (including the XML-parsers). Booting is mandatory - without it the system will not work.

    Hi,

your report definition does not yet follow the new structure as defined in JFreeReport 0.8.5.

Among the changes that happened since JFreeReport 0.8.4 were changes to the XML-Format (we have a new DOCTYPE for that) and changes on how functions receive their parameters (they use Bean-accessors now, so in some cases the property-name changed).

And of course, we updated the used libraries to more recent versions. So you *should* update your classpath as well.

A detailed list of changes can be found in the 'migration.txt' file.

    Regards,
    Thomas
