    <Hierarchy hasAll="true" primaryKey="ID">
    <Table name="ID_TAXCATEGORY"/>
    <Level name="TAXCATEGORY" column="TAXCATEGORY" type="String" uniqueMembers="true"/>
    </Hierarchy>
    <Hierarchy name="all" hasAll="true" primaryKey="ID">
    <Table name="ID_TAXCATEGORY"/>
    <Level name="TAXATTRIBUTE" column="TAXATTRIBUTE" type="String" uniqueMembers="true"/>
    <Level name="TAXCATEGORY" column="TAXCATEGORY" type="String" uniqueMembers="true"/>

    No, this doesn't work. Can you please log a feature request? (I implemented Mondrian with multiple hierarchies in mind, so it shouldn't be too difficult to fix.)
    Note that you can achieve almost the same effect by creating separate dimensions, one called CATEGORY and one called CATEGORY.all, each with a single hierarchy.

    Default just like your document

    I need multiple hierarchies because customer only need one name to represent CATEGORY and CATEGORY.all .
    The feature of multiple hierarchies just like your document ,
    <Dimension name="Time" foreignKey="time_id">
    <Hierarchy hasAll="false" primaryKey="time_id">
    <Table name="time_by_day"/>
    <Level name="Year" column="the_year" type="Numeric" uniqueMembers="true"/>
    <Level name="Quarter" column="quarter" uniqueMembers="false"/>
    <Level name="Month" column="month_of_year" type="Numeric" uniqueMembers="false"/>
    </Hierarchy>
    <Hierarchy name="Time Weekly" hasAll="false" primaryKey="time_id">
    <Table name="time_by_week"/>
    <Level name="Year" column="the_year" type="Numeric" uniqueMembers="true"/>
    <Level name="Week" column="week" uniqueMembers="false"/>
    <Level name="Day" column="day_of_week" type="String" uniqueMembers="false"/>
    </Hierarchy>
    </Dimension>

    I have the same problem. I'd like to know if you implement it at this time, or if you plan to do it.
