    Default Backing up a repository

How do we back-up a repository after creating jobs and transformations ? We would like to do that so as to restore it on other machines.

Default RE: Backing up a repository

Best to upgrade to the latest 2.3.0 version (dev snapshot)

    1) Repository Explorer, File Export all object to a single XML file (& restore)
    2) pan.bat -exprep=filename.xml

OR Repository Explorer: right click on Objects: select menu-items there.

You can restore into a different repository using the repository explorer. You can even restore into another sub-directory to try it out...

Let me know about any possible bugs as it's not a feature that's been advertised a lot. I wanted to stabalize the code a bit first ;-)
