    we installed kettle 2.3.0. my Gui . i am seeing set environment varible like a "%" transformation.
    where it is. plz reply as soon as posible.

    I don&#39;t undertand what you&#39;re saying.
    The "Set environment variable" step is under the Extra category.
    Please look for yourself next time, don&#39;t waste my time like this.

    iam seeing only extras only this transformations
    Split Fields,Get rows from result,Copy rows to result,Cube input,Cube output,Null if...,Execute SQL script

    we have 2.3.0.
    it has LOGHostory , preview transformation,replay this tranfomation is avaible( may i think its new options in 2.3.0)
    but iam not seeing set environment .

    The sample looks ok, but what happens if a log file can't be processed (e.g. there is an error when inserting the data into the target table (instead of DUMMY step). It still moves the log file to the archive as I understood from the presentation.

    What if I want to move the files not processed successful to a separate location?

    Hi Catalin,

    No it does not move the files.
    There is a green arrow to the shell job entry.
    This means: only execute when previous job entry terminated without errors.
    You can also choose red arrow (failure) or black arrow (unconditional)
