Default New web services lookup step

    Hi Kettle devs,

Jaime and Sebastien have written a
new step to allow you to access web services in transformations.
In a minute I'll be committing this code to the Experimental category.
A sample file from a time management application is included for
    testing purposes, in attachment.
I've been also trying to get it to run with services like Amazon's
    http://soap.amazon.com/schemas2/AmazonWebServices.wsdl , with mixed results.

Obviously, people smarter than myself need to take a closer look at what's
behind the scenes. I'm sure it's just in the details.
Even though Jaime & Sebastien claim that this step is just at the beginning
of development, it's obvious that a lot of work has already gone into it.

Please help us to push the code a little bit further and make this step
    release ready!

    All the best,

    Matt
