I have made some tests on MSSQL 2000 but i admin i did it for "only" about 100 rows :-).
The process is like that :
- User select "The name of the table is defined in a field" and give column name.
PDI check the option "The name of the table is defined in a field" and extract table name for the column otherwise it use usual table name field
(like Table output step).
No schema switching.

The main inconvenient is that i have to prepare statement on every row !
Today, i don't know how to cache prepared statement.

I think that this option is very usefull cause it simplify transformation schema.
