Default Adding portal new portal page or portal instances in pentaho -1.6.0.RC3.855 not work

Im using pentaho -1.6.0.RC3.855 build with Jboss Portal 2.6.

Adding new portal page to pentaho portal interface not working.
I followed the instruction provided in wiki.
    http://wiki.pentaho.org/display/Pent...rue#addcomment

These instruction work well with the older version of pentaho.which used Jboss portal 2.4.

are their any new instruction to be followed.

Before RC3, all out-of-the-box portlets had if-exists values of overwrite. In RC3 and later, all if-exists values are set to keep. (The if-exists element occurs in portlet-instances.xml and pentaho-portal-object.xml and is a JBoss Portal-specific concept. Consult JBoss Portal documentation for more information. Your new page is not showing because the pentaho portal has been set to keep.)

The simplest thing to do is to change all if-exists values to keep in portlet-instances.xml, pentaho-portal-object.xml, and default-object.xml.

I am trying to add a new portal to JBoss Portal, after I added it, I cannot see how I can access it. Any idea?

To access a new portal named foo, try this:

    http://localhost:8080/portal/portal/foo

If you look at the existing portals (named default and pentaho), there URLs are http://localhost:8080/portal/portal/default and http://localhost:8080/portal/portal/pentaho respectively.

    Default default

    ! i have a suggestion !

You can customize the default page of portal to be your portal, because when you do logof in your portal, the login page will be the page to your portal default ( portal/auth/portal/default) and not (portal/auth/portal/your_new_portal) for exemple.

this mode you can for example use : http:\\192.168.0.111:8080\portal to acess your portal.

Add your new pages in portal and the pages default (pentaho news, weather etc) must be configurates to normal user can t see it.

sorry for my bad english !

    Default And in Liferay...

Hi I'm following the instructions of the wiki http://wiki.pentaho.org/display/Pent...a+Filter+Panel , but to install in Liferay and the only thing that I can see is "The requested resource (/pentaho/SimpleFilterPanelPortlet/invoke) is not available".

And the examples from pentaho_j2ee_deployments-1.6.0.GA.863-a works fine in Liferay... so I don't know what I'm missing...

    Liferay 4.3.4
    Pentaho 1.6.0.GA.863-a

    Thanks for any help!!!
