Default Spoon Copy Table(s) Wizards Problem

I have v. 2.5.2 installed and running with a MySQL repository. I found the Copy Table(s) Wizards under the Wizard menu drop-down. I can create the transformation to copy the data but not result table is created and the transformation fails (ORA-00942: table or view does not exist). The documentation I have describes Chef as created the result table and shows the transform with such a step but the transformation created by the Spoon wizard does not create such a step.

I searched the v.2.5.2 build and did not find a "Chef.bat" to run.

    Very puzzled??

    Frank

Thanks, Sven, for the prompt reply!

I was confused by a document I saw on-line that has a screenshot of the destination table being created automatically from the source table.

The actual confusing data was on the Pentaho website under Weekly Tips:

"The Weekly Kettle Tip #8: Using the Copy Tables Wizard"

    .
    .

After selecting "Finished" Chef will be creating a job containing a series of job entries that will create the SQL to create the tables and also the transformations to copy the data. When finished, this is what it typically looks like:

This weekly tip should be updated.

DDL is normally not automatically executed as it gives too much problems with access rights. Most of the steps have this "SQL" button which will generate DDL for you based on the step, but that's mostly for quick mockups, ...
