Recalling that in my project the pentaho is working with the port 9090 and my report has the parameters:

    -- dataInicial
    -- dataFinal
    -- tipoRelatorio
    -- orgao

    ok...

    Thanks..

Are you using a Pentaho XSL as an example? If not, I highly recommend it.

I see the following issues with the XSL posted:
    • There are input elements but no enclosing form element.
    • You should be using the doRun function from parameters.js instead of defining your own.

Again, I would recommend that you use an existing XSL as an example.
