I'm moving the performance tracking code out of the kettle trunk to remove a
dependency to kettle.jar.
It's just too easy for developers to make a mistake and reference the old
be.ibridge packages by mistake. That is a cause for failed builds etc.

The idea behind the new performance monitoring architecture is to have tests
that are repeatable, that dump their results in small XML files and that can
be fired off against multiple versions of the code.
