Default Cube / MDX - number of x having y

Suppose i have 2 tables: Customer and Orders. Orders is my fact table. How can i create measures for the following query:
    - How much customers have orders above 1000 euros in 2008? (in percentages)

Of course you have to drill down on this. E.g. first you see the percentages overall, but you should also drill to separate shops.

Does any one an answer for this? How can i do this in my cube or in my MDX query?

    Customers (dimension)
OrderLines (facttable): ordernr, customer, item, count, price

    Thank you in advance,
