Question Modified Scripts Transformation: Error handling?

I'm trying to create a Modified Javascript Transformation with error handling. When it can't transform a value (e.g. 'asdf') into a valid date, I want it to reroute the row with the invalid value to an error table. However, I don't want the transformation to fail, but to continue.
I did see the constants SKIP_TRANSFORMATION, ERROR__TRANSFORMATION, CONTINUE__TRANSFORMATION. How can I use these to do what I want?

Many thanks for your kind assistance.

Look in your local PDI installation in directory samples/transformations at "JavaScriptMod - skip rows after x rows.ktr". It uses the functionality you want.
