Hello,

I would like to ask, if there is a way how to get the jasper report pages as BufferedImages.

I would like to use JasperReports in my application based on Netbeans Platform. There is possible to create a print preview by drawing into a Graphics object by drawImage() or drawRenderedImage() (see http://blogs.sun.com/geertjan/entry/printcookie_part_2). I would like to show the print preview of a jasperreport directly in the netbeans environment and not in the jasper report window, that will popup after JasperViewer.viewReport(report, false);. In order to do this I would need to get the jasper report pages as a separate buffered images, that I could draw into the Graphics object then.

Or do you have some other idea how to print JasperReport directly in the netbeans platform? I like iReport and embeded plugin for jasper reports for netbeans very much. It works very good, but if it would be possible to show the report directly in netbeans, it would be more nice.

Thank you very much

Best regards
