Default Can i install Kettle through citrix?

    Hello,

I have two questions for you:

    1. Can I install Kettle through citrix?
    2. If the answer is yes, How can I do it?

    Thank you in advance.

Takes less time to try than to write a new post on this forum...

    Have you tried it?

I don´t agree with your sentence: "Takes less time to try than to write a new post on this forum... " because:

    1. It´s necesary install citrix server and client
    2. Then you must to install pentaho In Citrix Server Application
    3. Finally it's necesary to check if Pentaho run correctly or not.

Now, I think the forum is to help the people, and I just to ask for help...

someone could help me with this question?

    Thanks in advance

well i think pmalves assumed you have a citrix server/client up and running

    point 2 and 3 take about 30 sec - 1 min.. download > extract > start

i have never tried to run kettle in a citrix environment but i would say "yes, it works"
can't think of a reason why it shouldn't

I am trying to run Kettle on a Citrix client and it will not run. It runs fine outside of Citrix.

Is there a log or a recommended troubleshooting step to make sure I have everything correct on the Citrix client.

I do have Java 1.6...already confirmed that.
