Default Repository Timeout Linux PDI 3.1

    Hello,

Easy question today. MySQL repository connection keeps timing out and I have to re log in if the connection sits inactive for more than a few minutes. Is this a variable that can be set somewhere? How do I keep my repository connection form timing out?

    Linux - Ubuntu - PDI 3.1 - MYSQL Repository

    Thanks,

Roco I'll give you 1 guess at the culprit.

That being said, why do you have Spoon open for over 8hours? do you not go home?

You might also want to investigate C3P0 connection pooling or somesuch. We use that in the Pentaho BI server, but I can't say for sure how it would be configured or work in a Spoon repository connection.
