Default How to control ETL through webservice?

I receive a ETL task which is needed by a customer who wants to invoke abroad through the webservice or web browser. I konw the kettle and pentaho has integrated. But how we can to invoke the services(or how can we invoke the services by web)? Of course, we can parse the *.ktr, there will be a lot of work to do though I have finished the Oracle extraction. Anyone who can help me?

On its own PDI/Kettle does not provide in callabel webservices. Integrated with the Pentaho stack you can use xactions to execute transformations/jobs. But other people than me have more experience with that

    Thanks sven.

That means I need to do a lot of work to parse the *.ktr.
Yesterday, I thought over a method to afford a graphical controls to build up a ktr or kjb file on the web broswer. Then we can use the xaction to execute the transfomation/job.

my skeleton is showed in the attachment.
Hope someone can give me some advices.
