    Default OpenFlashChartComponent error cdf3.2

    When I open the OpenFlashChartComponent example from Core Components, or I try to use this component with my data I get the following error:

    Code:
    2009-09-02 17:22:44,314 ERROR [org.pentaho.platform.plugin.action.openflashchart.factory.PentahoOFC4JChartHelper] PentahoOFC4JChartHelper.ERROR_0001 - Failed to locate factory org.pentaho.platform.plugin.action.openflashchart.factory.PieChartFactory for chart type PieChart
    ofc4j.OFCException: {"ofc4j.model.Chart": {
      "title": {
        "text": "Top 10 Customers",
        "style": "font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal;"
      },
    .....
    any suggestion?

    Windows, sampledata and italian language?

    Cool

    Windows sampledata and Spanish Language, and MacOSX sampledata and Spanish Language in 3.5.2 version.
    Is caused by the decimal comma ",".
    In the new version 3.6 is solved and there isn't problems with this.
    Only in the chartbeans if you change sampledata to mysql.
    In 3.6 I've changed the sql query to:
    CAST(SUM(ORDERFACT.TOTALPRICE) AS SIGNED) AS "PRICE"

    For the comma problem in openflashchart in version 3.5.2 you could try adding these options to the java execution which starts Tomcat:
    "-Duser.language=en -Duser.region=US"
    This solve the problem!!

    Right: the problem is the the lang... (and the difference betwen dot and comma as decimal separator).

    I am sorry but have not understood in which file should the above be added. I am using 3.5.2 and have SQL Server as my DB, and get the same factory not found error.

    Should the above be added in "start-pentaho.bat" or "startup.bat" under tomcat\bin?

    Thanks for any suggestions.
