I have prepared Russian translation for Pentaho, but applying it to .properties files shows ? marks in menus and insufficient symbols in Solution Browser.

I tried to apply CP-1251 variant and also UCN variant. Both work bad.

I am ready to send the strings in one file (En-Ru pairs) or _ru.properties files (either CP-1251 or UCN).

Can anybody help me to get it running in Russian?
