if you're talking about PAT then let me add a few things, since tom didn't care to tell you more :P

PAT development speed might not be as fast as it could be... but tom and me are steadily working hard to improve things, but since it's just us 2 (who have a real job as well) things take some time

we're currently finalizing the biserver plugin, that will be released at the same time as the new biserver release candidate (3.6 or whatever its called)

+ the new PAT 0.6 standalone web application will be released in the next few days

we aim for PAT 1.0 + PAT plugin 1.0 late march/early april.. synchronized with the new stable release of the biserver
