Please try them out, report bugs and give feedback. The RCs are very stable and we would like to have a stable release within 3 or 4 weeks based on community feedback.

    Smile 3.2.0 ktr and kjb

Is it expected that the XML versions of transforms and jobs will operate without changes to them in the 4.0.0 RC1? (I imagine yes. )

    Regards,
    Jeremy

    Default 4.0 community edition

    Hello,
Our team has been testing PDI 4.0 RC versions and have been impressed with the features. Now, do you know approximately when the community edition and the commercial edition will be released? I would assume that community edition (LGPL) will not have DIS, CMS enterprise repository and EC, so we are debating whether to
    a) stick with 3.2 - more stable
    b) go with community 4.0 - more bug fixes
    c) go with commercial 4.0 - nice features that we need

    Your advice is appreciated much.

    Thank You.

The stable release of 4.0 should be available somewhere later this week.

    HTH,
    Matt

    Default GA release?

    Hi Matt.
According to your latest reply, the GA version of PDI 4 should be available soon.
Can you give us a date or not yet?

    I'm desperate for it ;-)

    Mick.
