There aren't any docs - open the sample included - it's the best way to start looking

In the released version there's no map component - we're still working on it.

How to start working with CDF-DE?

I can`t find any instruction. Should this editor be under localhost:8080 ?
There is catalogue "BI Developer Examples" -> "CDF" but there is no editor.

    I`m using community edition.
