Default User can't access charts through the User Console.

I've created some charts and published them on BI Server. I can access them without any problems. However, they are apparently not accessible from the outside. A person who tried to access them from his computer was able to log into the user console alright, thus negating the possibility of windows firewall or router configuration issue, yet when he clicks on the report files to view those charts it attempts to connect to some 192.address and doesn't give him the reports. I can't figure out what's going on. Any ideas, please?

That sounds like the base-url was mis-specified.

If your base-url is specified as http://192.168.1.1:8080/pentaho , all the images, charts, etc will try to go to that address. If, on the other hand your base-url is specified as http://reportingserver:8080/pentaho , all the clients will have to be able to resolve that address in order to do anything.

Thank you so much for the reply. I've fixed the issue by changing the base-url property in the web.xml file for the tomcat to my public IP. It was previously set to my private IP. That's why it couldn't be accessed from outside my network.
