Default Reading a CLOB column from Oracle

    Hello,

Sorry...this must be simple. But it is not working for me.

I have an Oracle table with a CLOB column that I would like to use in a table input step. What should I do to get Kettle to read it so I can use it in my transformation? If I do SELECT clob_col1 FROM table, I get an Oracle error of inconsistent types.

    Thanks.

    Regards,

It is in fact simple. However, finding a suitable Oracle driver is often a challenging problem.

Well...thank you very much for your fast reply. I guess I will have to fiddle with the drivers.
