Default referencing a cell from a previous row

Accessing a value from a different column within the same row is fairly straight forward, but I was wondering if it's possible to reference a cell from a previous row. For example, in excel, if I wanted cell [C17] to equal twice the value of cell [C16], I could enter [=C16*2] for cell [C17]. Is it possible to do something like this?

Yes, the wonderful "Analytic Query" step allows you to access lagging and leading rows.
